After beginning the day at 2:00am, this picture was taken near the end of the 1000 yard pour.

This is part of the deep tunnel project where excess rain and flood waters are stored in massive underground tunnels until such time as it can be safely pumped out.  This job is located outside of the Lincoln Oasis off I-294 in South Holland, IL.  It is directly connected to the river and will act as a spill-way when the river reaches flood stage.
